Potlatch seasoning

Okay ladies, we are venturing into cooking salmon tonight. I was originally going to do a recipe from my sister-in-law Colleen (salmon in foil with ginger, soy sauce, butter, green onions and pea pods) that I will just have to try another time. We doing it on cedar planks on the grill, with this yummy Potlatch seasoning from Williams-Sonoma. So good

soooo good. I've had this seasoning at my aforementioned sister-in-law's house, so I knew we liked it.

Anthony grilled it on a soaked cedar plank and he also added some hickory chips to the charcoal. I sprung for the $$$ sockeye wild Alaskan salmon, so it was quality fish as well.

It was fragrant, smoky and spicy. We'll for sure do it again.
