We love fruit and pork combos, so oftentimes I will pan fry pork chops and serve with a variation of this http://amandarider.blogspot.com/2008/06/citris-vinaigrette.html or i will just deglaze the pan with balsalmic vinegar and serve that as the sauce.

Also if you marinate with this recipe http://amandarider.blogspot.com/2008/07/best-marinade-of-all-time.html and grill them (assuming they are thicker chops), that could be pretty good.
