Greek
All this talk of Greek food makes me want to make something Greek this weekend. Will you ladies share your some recipes? We'll be doing chicken this week(end).
Well, I need a better Greek chicken marinade. The one I found on the internet was okay, but not great. We had chicken gryos with tzatzki sauce (from Barefoot Contessa) and the spinach squares. It was tasty, though getting the pitas to be soft was a challenge.

I'm telling you, it's all about that greek seasoning I buy and use on everything!
oh and lemon juice too!
