Roasting Pork Tenderloin
I pulled out a pork tenderloin for dinner tonight and wanted to see if any of you have good recipes or tricks for roasting a pork tenderloin in the oven? We grill them a lot, but I don't have as many ideas when I roast them in the oven. Thoughts?
Joe has made Martha Stewart's recipe for Pork Tenderloin and Apples and the Sauteed Cabbage recipe that its paired with since college and it's really good. It was the requested meal for Christmas Dinner one year. If this link doesn't work, look it up on her site.
that's okay Mollie, I'm going to try your recipe next time I make a pork tenderloin.
I just pan roasted it and then deglazed the pan with apple cider for the sauce, quite tasty. I made acorn squash in the oven and realized the times and temperatures needed wouldn't let me do both the squash and tenderloin in the oven

this is a good one too-
Marinade:
1/3 cup red wine
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons light brown sugar
Sauce:
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream
1 1/2 tablespoons mustard powder
Garnish w/ 1 tablespoon minced fresh chives or add to sauce
Sorry I realized I missed the point here- you asked for roasting tips, not recipe ideas...anyways how did it turn out?
