pot roast?

I don't eat red meat, but I need a recipe for a pot roast with beef (or some type of similar recipe using red meat). Anyone have a good one? And then I'll be done for awhile asking about ways to cook meat!

I always cook pot roast in the crock pot on low for about 8 hours. I use Lipton Onion soup mix (dry) packages to make the liquid to cook it in. I think I usually use both and make the soup as directed and pour it over the meat.

and now i am totally craving pot roast, mashed potatoes and gravy:)

I do that recipe with pork, so should i just get a beef roast and follow the same recipe?
