Gourmet Garden Herbs

Until recently, I'd never been tempted to pick up these tubes of Gourmet Garden herbs being that I'd rather use fresh herbs. But...last week I made Sara's awesome pasta salad and this week I made tzatziki sauce, so it worked out well for me timing wise.

My review, okay for herbs you don't use as frequently or tend to have leftover after a recipe. Anyone use them?

i've never used them. what's the consistency like? i'm not so sure i could do it.

btw, i made the pasta salad with sara's suggestions of asparagus and goat cheese and i also added some red pepper for color (roasted the same as the asparagus) and it was very tasty!

The dill was basically like drozen spinach. It comes out of the tube pretty easily and I still have some left after using it twice.

I've heard that tomato paste in a tube is good too.

drozen. try frozen.

I tried the basil version and to me it tasted like it had sugar added to it, oddly sweet. I think I am an herb snob.
