March?
Well, I'm thinking we were all a bit too busy in February to post/find recipes, right? If we want to continue, I propose bacon, potatoes or Irish-inspired foods for March.
I like the Irish inspired foods- not sure I have any recipes but it will make me search for some new ones! Also I made the Shepard's Pie you posted yesterday and it was fantastic! My only question is I freezed one pie after, how did you prepare it after frozen? Defrost then just enough time in the oven to warm?
Oops I cooked it first and then froze it! I think if I thaw it in the fridge overnight and then just give it a bit of time to warm in the oven, it should work..hopefully! Hope you had a good dinner :)

Yes, February was busy! I'll try to be better in March.
Mollie-that is so funny, I'm making that recipe for dinner tonight.
On the freezing, you can just freeze it before cooking then thaw out in the fridge/counter the day you are going to cook it.
